Mike and his team gave me a great first time homebuying experience. I had a lot of criteria I wanted in the house and the property and he was understanding and patient. He understood exactly what I was looking for and as a result, I didn't have to go to dozens of showings before I found what I wanted. He was never pushy about making a sale and steered me clear of some homes that would have been a bad decision for me. Finally, where the rubber meets the road, he was able to quickly secure the house I wanted for a great deal in an incredibly competitive market. Mike is hands down the Best Realtor around. Mike has been helping us for years to buy and sell our houses. Most recently, this past summer he went above and beyond helping us get our forever dream home. I was antsy to put a bid in on another home because I thought we might not find better. When my husband asked, "Do you think we can do better than this?" Mike had that look where I knew we could. Not even 1 week later he sent us a "coming soon" that was "IT" and he busted his tail to help us get our home. He was up till the wee hours of the morning helping us with this crazy deal. Months prior to making the decision to move from SoCal to the Cincinnati area, Mike paid it forward and spent two full days showing us 10 different homes in various areas of the city. This helped us understand the Cincinnati market and allowed him to dial in what we were looking for. We contacted Mike Hildebrand as we were getting ready to sell our house. He returned our call quickly, met with us in a few days time, and had all the information we requested immediately. It wouldn't be until a year later that we would actually list our house. In that year gap, Mike did touch base a few times to check on our status as we were renovating a new house to move into. He was not pushy at all but did keep us in mind (not like an overly eager car salesman). When we were ready to list, we called Mike back. Once again, he came out immediately, let us know the items we needed to do in order to have our house completely ready to sell, and was able to list it within two weeks of our meeting. It took about four months to make it happen but Mike never once slowed in his work to make this sale occur. He even went above and beyond to check out a small alcove while my wife and him were walking through the house before closing. Mike was in a suit and is not a short guy. The door is half a regular door. So when looking for someone who will work for you, Mike and his team are the ones you want.

Long story short I wanted to buy my girlfriend a house and purpose to her during a privet walkthrough. Mike showed me several houses and when the deal fell through on the house I had chosen Mike once again jumped into action. I don’t know if he exhausted all his resources or bribed the owners but he found another home and was able to get us in the house and closed in a month. We have been in the home five years and married over four. A big thanks to Mike for going above and beyond, you helped dreams come true!

Mike and his realty team did a excellent job marketing and selling our Liberty Twp home in 2020. Among the three realtors we considered, Mike proposed the most reasonable listing price and was open to our own pricing target. Our home sold quickly. Mike's team provided prompt and reasonably priced contractors to correct issues found by the home inspector. The team's quick response allowed us to close just four weeks after accepting the offer. We highly recommend Mike and his team as a seller's agent.

We moved back to Ohio from Atlanta. We saw a house listed we liked in the Maineville area that his brother had listed. Mike responded right away and got us scheduled for a showing at the requested time that worked for us. We loved the house and with his advice made the offer which was accepted. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. With his networking of contractors we found a painter and someone to remodel the kitchen and baths. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs a realtor.
