Hill & Associates Realty is an independent, locally-owned full service real estate brokerage firm with a vast array of specialties. The firm was founded in 2010 by Managing Broker, Michael Hill. Michael, a licensed Realtor since 1996, worked with the most renowned independent real estate brokerage firm in the state of Georgia of that time, Northside Realty. Upon their acquisition by an industry conglomerate, Michael chose to move his license to the acquiring firm. Even though the years ahead brought many accolades and much success, the desire to go back to the image and brand that had once defined how real estate was practiced in Georgia and how that definition meant true service, Michael slowly stepped out with the goal to move forward not only with the latest in technology but by going back to a time when you would have felt comfortable with a handshake. They strive to be known as the best of the best through their clientele's stories rather than those of their own accord.
