Michael first helped me rent my property in Charlestown, RI. He met with me at the house and told me what repairs/upgrades the house needed in order to rent. Michael found a qualified renter and did a superb job of managing the property. After renting for 1 year I decided to sell the property. Due to the location and condition of the property it took 8 months to sell. Michael made countless trips to the property to show the property, meet with contractors, to check on the property and help resolve issues with the property. He never gave up in the process and although the value of this house was not high, Michael didn't give any less attention to this sale than I believe he does for much more expensive homes. We could not possibly have more good things to say about our experience working with Michael. We recently decided to sell our home and his level of attention during the entire process was truly incredible.
