Michael Horton is a top-notch real estate broker. He displays excellent communication, customer service skills and advocacy. He was always professional and calm. He was always available to answer my questions and valued me as his client. During the home search process, initially he provided me with literature of what to expect during the home buying process which was helpful. Thank you so much Michael for assisting me in finding my home that I will enjoy for many years to come.

Michael took the time to REALLY get to know me and what I wanted and needed. Because he took this time every single house met the "must haves" and some wants.

He accommodated my specific situation with moving from out of state and then living in E WA while house hunting. He was organized and time efficient and made the most use out of me driving over.

He was patient and not pushy like some sales people can be. Because of this I am now enjoying a house that meets all of my needs and has some unexpected upgrades.

He also kept me informed of what to expect and where things were at during the process. He negotiated effectively with the seller with my best interest in mind.

I do not leave reviews often but my experience warranted taking the time to write a review since I, personally, will not be looking for another house. If I am ever in the market again, though, I know EXACTLY who I'm calling.

It was great working with Mike. He handled everything, and he was always available when we had questions. He goes out of his way to make sure we understood every step of the process. I highly recommend Michael Horton for your real estate needs.
