Michael Hoskin

Prior to entering the field of real estate, Michael’s first love was music. His childhood home was filled with the swinging rhythms of jazz, and it was not long before he left to study music at Columbus College. It was this passion for music and entertaining that brought Michael to Atlanta. However, he quickly realized that struggling musicians need day jobs. After trying his hand in retail, he soon found that commercial real estate provided more flexible hours and that residential, in particular, was where he belonged. As a musician he learned the value and joy of entertaining and was pleased to see how easily it crossed over to real estate.

While in the third grade Michael was told that there were no saxophones available for him to play and that he would need to choose a new instrument. When confronted with this obstacle he demonstrated the same tenacity and determination you can see today. He replied, “that’s ok, I can wait.”

Michael has his finger on the pulse of the Atlanta real estate market. Uniquely seated in the heart of the Eastside of Atlanta, he has spent the last 18 years navigating the sales and purchases of homes in Druid Hills, Morningside, Midtown, Ansley, Virginia Highland and Medlock Park as well as various other parts of the Atlanta metro area.
