Michael Jones, CCIM

Mike Jones is the Managing Broker and President of Franchise Real Estate Group, with a focus on industrial and medical office assets in commercial leasing and investment sales across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He brings over 25 years of experience in diverse sectors of commercial real estate.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Public Administration, a Bachelor’s in Applied Arts and Sciences, and Associate Degrees in Criminal Justice and Real Estate. His background in government real estate management includes overseeing a portfolio of over 1,200 government-owned properties, encompassing tax foreclosures and various non-profit assets.

As a licensed instructor, Mike teaches Commercial Real Estate courses through the Metrotex Association of Realtors and the Texas Realtors Association. He has also served as a professor with the Dallas College District, where he taught courses in Business and Real Estate.

Mike is a Board Member of the Texas Realtors Commercial Committee and is the past President of the Metrotex Commercial Data Exchange (MCDX) and . His previous roles include Board Member for the Texas Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Foundation (Fair Housing Committee) and member of the University Alliance Committee for the CCIM North Texas Chapter.

An active community leader, Mike has served as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Glenn Heights, Director for the Glen Heights Improvement Corporation, and Board Member for the City of Wilmer Type A Economic Development Board.
