About Michael

Mike is the president and managing broker of Franchise Real Estate Group. He specializes in commercial retail leases, landlord representation, land redevelopment, and investment sale projects around the DFW metroplex.

Mike has experience in property management which led him to manage over 1,200 government owned properties, tax foreclosures, and various non-profits entities. Mike is a college professor with the Dallas College District, teaching courses in business and real estate.
