Michael created an excellent home buying experience. He is highly knowledgeable, and helped me purchase my first investment property. His expertise in RE tax law, RE lease agreements, RE appraising, the general RE market, and investment properties made a short yet satisfying buying experience. Michael was always accommodating and always on top of the different players involved in my transaction. The mortgage company I used made a few mistakes that slowed down the process. Michael was on point for me at all times, and even fought for me to get money back from the mortgage company based on their mistakes. (Many agents would be more focused on closing the deal and earning their check.) In this instance, Michael was more concerned with our professional and personal relationship. I am back on the market as a buyer, and there is no other agent I would want to represent me. I am certain that I have made a friendship and partnership that will last a lifetime.
