Michael was referred by a friend. We were out of state, first-time home buyers, during the COVID-19 pandemic, only able to do a couple aspects of the home buying process in Florida. Michael guided us through the process. He was always calm and willing to help with any concerns along the way.

Most notably, he encouraged us to place a backup offer on a home we knew to be in negotiations with another buyer - which is something we would have never considered on our own. The backup offer worked and got us the home we loved! If we had not received the advice to place a backup offer on the home, we could have completely missed the opportunity.

We have since recommended Michael to other friends. We are grateful for all of his help!
