In just under ten years, Delaware-based real estate broker, Michael Kelczewski has fast become one of his region’s top realtors, earning the top 1% of brokers nationally. After starting his own digital marketing company as a teenager, Michael entered the real estate business on a whim in 2012. Yet it proved a fortuitous decision. Harnessing his tech skills and experience, Michael sold Delaware’s first Bitcoin-purchased home for $1.75 million in 2018.

An entrepreneur at heart, Michael is passionate about identifying trends to bring value to his clients, customers and partners alike. When he’s not closing deals, Michael enjoys spending time by the ocean surfing and immersing himself in culture, whether reading or exploring museums.
