A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Michael started his real estate career with NVHomes in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Shortly thereafter he relocated to Rehoboth Beach where he has spent over a decade selling 100’s of homes for NVHomes, Ryan Homes, and most recently was the Sales Manager managing all sales for Beazer Homes in Delaware and Maryland. Michael is excited to utilize his vast knowledge of new construction, building practices, and area expertise to assist his clients to buy and sell real estate!
In 2018 and 2019 Michael was the #2 agent in the Keller Williams Realty Delaware Beach offices which is comprised of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and the surrounding inland towns. Michael closed over 55+ transactions in 2018 which amounted to $17.72 Million in volume and 55+ transactions in 2019 which amounted to $17.71 Million in volume. For 2020 Michael and his team are surpassed $45 Million in sales volume and over 100+ sales, making them one of the top 10 teams in all Southern Delaware. For 2021, The Move To DE Team surpassed $49 Million in sales volume and Michael Kennedy was the #2 Keller Williams Realty agent in the entire state of Delaware. In December of 2021, Michael and his entire team have partnered with the technology heavy Compass RE brokerage to better provide their clients with a more robust real estate experience.
