"I have lived my entire adult life in Fairbanks, Alaska. I moved to Fairbanks, Alaska on a whim in 1995 to finish my undergrad degree and found myself captivated by the community. I bought land, I bought a book on how to build a house, I built a cabin, then a house and soon, I abandoned that degree driven career to be a full time builder and remodeler. In my free time, I adventure in Alaska and around the world.
Over the years, I have taken pride in working with clients, architects, and engineers to make their combined visions a reality. I’m known for problem solving and being a good communicator with my clients. My experience in the building community gives me a rare set of tools to evaluate existing homes and provide you with more value.
I offer to share that experience with real estate buyers and sellers in Fairbanks, North Pole, and the surrounding area. For the seller, I can prepare you for staging needs and help manage expectations for the inspection and appraisal phases that can often feel overwhelming. For the buyer, I can identify issues with homes and help prepare for inspections. Years of inspecting homes and gutting them for remodels have given me a great deal of insight into the Fairbanks and North Pole home inventory. I look forward to serving you!"
