Michael is absolutely amazing. He was very patient with me when I shopped for a property. He hand-picked some potentials for me and sent me the potentials with notes (E.g. unit has been upgraded, hardwood floor, nice curb appeal, good location, etc.) In short, he did a lot of research and he pre-screened the properties based on my criteria.
