These soft skills translate in his ability to create and implement efficient, focused home searches and strategic and compelling selling/marketing programs. Michael’s no-pressure approach is appreciated and rewarded by his referral-driven business.

He earned his SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation allowing him to share his expertise and that of his professional network of senior specialists to help his clients and their families navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany the sale of a home. He also will suggest housing alternatives, including ones that may allow an aging parent to remain in their home instead of selling it. Bottom line, Michael guides his clients through the complex process and the special considerations, making transactions less stressful and more successful.

When Michael isn’t working, you can find him on the tennis courts, golf course or spending time with his wife walking their two Westies, Katie & McDuff.
