Michael Letarte

Michael is originally from Maine where he went to school for construction Drafting and Surveying. Michael is an Air Force/Air National Guard veteran and former Maine Realtor.He quickly found that he enjoyed helping others. He owned a business specializing in automated industrial systems for material handling and packaging. Although his career focused on Mechanical Sales, he never lost his love for building and selling homes. Michael moved to Dell Webb Spruce Creek Golf & Country Club in Marion County, Florida in 2018 via North Carolina and Texas. He is a member of the Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors (OMCAR) and holds both the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations.

Michael serves the 55+ communities in the area including the villages, Del Webb Spruce Creek Golf & Country Club, Stonecrest, Summer Glen, Ocala Palms, Cherrywood, OnTop-of the World, Del Webb Stone Creek, and Spruce Creek South to name a few.
