Michael Levy's passion for real estate, architecture, and marketing has been with him his whole life. And his now almost 8 years in the Real Estate industry and 26 years living in the Hudson Valley speaks for itself!

The skills Michael has learned and qualities he holds drive him to succeed. He has a background in business and graduated from the State University of Oneonta with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics. For the two years after he graduated he worked as an accountant. His role at the firm was everything from tax returns, to financial advising, to negotiating contracts, to marketing. However, after two tax seasons he realized that he did not have the same passion for accounting as he did for Real Estate. He enjoyed more of the dealings with clients, negotiating contracts, and helping small and large businesses market. So that is when Michael made the decision to leave his role as an accountant and went into his lifelong dream of helping people buy and sell their homes.

Michael is straight forward, motivated, and is an "out of the box thinker." His marketing expertise, business knowledge, negotiating skills, and the connections he has made through the years guarantee that the services, expertise, and experience you will receive from him are superb. He is motivated and delivers results for each and every one of his clients.
