Michael Libutti

Michael Libutti, broker and attorney at Class Realty Group, strives to negotiate desirable terms and prices for Class Realty Group clients by using his extensive knowledge of law and debate. Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western State College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Before attending law school, Michael received his undergraduate degree from University of California, San Diego where he played D1 water polo. As a member of UCSD Triathlon team, he earned All American Honors and substantially contributed to UCSD’s 5th place finish at Nationals in Lubbock Texas. While attending law school, Michael was recruited for a Law Review membership, and received top of his class in Torts I, Torts II, Evidence I, Evidence II and Trial Practice. Michael then moved back to San Diego where he worked for Ward and Hagen, LLP safeguarding homeowner rights in construction defect cases across southern California. As a litigation attorney who has extensive experience practicing real estate law and negotiating contracts, Michael offers an unrivaled position of power to Class Realty Group clients in a wide array of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
