About Michael

Mike is originally from Waller, Texas. He joined the Air Force in 1988 just after graduating High School. While in the military he was stationed in Del Rio, TX; King Salmon, AK; San Antonio, TX; Fort Worth, TX, Tacoma, WA, Sumter, SC; Turkey and finally Viera, FL. Just after retiring from the Air Force as a First Sergeant, he completed a duel Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership & Management from Webster University and a Master’s in Administration from Barry University. He has worked as a Human Resource professional, Teacher, Management Analyst and certified John Maxwell Teacher/Speaker & Coach before joining the Diamond One Team. He is married to the fabulous Mary Lindley and they have 4 children.

Mike dedicated his life to serving others. He spent a little over 2 years in the Middle East where he raised over 15K coats for local children. He is an active member of his church where he teaches Divorce Care and also serves on the Space Coast Honor Flight Board as the Guardian Coordinator. He has a unique understanding of the challenges military families face and felt that the Diamond One Team was the perfect fit to continue serving military families.
