As someone that normally does not write reviews, I am very excited to be writing this review.

Michael was kind, funny, and very effective at providing us a great experience during this process. When it came time to put an offer and negotiate, we had full trust in his ability and he proved us right.

We'll use him again in the future, will recommend him now, and will miss talking to him as much as we did.

It’s rare to find a team in any industry that pours the level of support, care and dedication into their work like both Amanda and Michael. It’s their honesty and genuine determination that sets them apart from competition. My wife and I were impressed from the onset all the way through closing, and signing off the final dotted line. Amanda and Michael made what was a very special experience for my wife and I even more special. We can’t thank them enough and would recommend Lovato Properties to anyone :)

Lovato Properties is the way to go! Amanda helped me find the perfect condo back in 2017! Now, in 2023, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michael as our realtor. I only have amazing things to say about our experience. Michael was always on top of it all! He helped us stay organized, was always available to answer all of our questions (I had a lot of questions haha) and truly helped make this process as smooth as possible. Michael and Amanda Lovato at Lovato Properties were Amazing!!! Every time I called they were always available. They were on top of all the transactions and had a deep focus for detail. Any questions I had Michael would do the research and leg work to get the answers needed and promptly got back to me so we could continue to move forward. Michael and Amanda were a true pleasure to work with. We bought a home in Boulder while living in California and Michael made it so easy for us! He quickly set up showings for homes were were interested in, showed homes via FaceTime, and walked through each detail and question we had. Michael was phenomenal to work with. It was our first time buying, and nearly everything about the process was foreign to us. Michael helped us to understand everything in the most patient, coherent way. When we found the perfect house, Michael was actually in the middle of moving his own family to a new house, but he still made sure we got our offer submitted that weekend. The timing was critical because we wanted to get our offer in before the open house, and he made it happen.

Even beyond the fantastic work Michael did for us, he is just a joy to work with. I’d recommend Michael to anyone looking for a house in a heartbeat.

Couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help my boyfriend and I buy our first home together. Michael was prompt, thorough, and knowledgable. He checked in with us regularly to let us know how everything was progressing and kept everything on track from start to finish. He was always available to answer all of our questions and explain anything that was confusing to us about the process. When he wasn't able to go see the listing, he coordinated with another realtor to meet us there to show the house. When we wanted to negotiate after seeing problems on the inspection, he went to bat for us with the seller's realtor and got us what we were asking for. He's even checked in on us a few times since moving in to make sure we were loving the house. All around, just a great experience!

We approached Michael for assistance in buying a home on a Tuesday and we were under contract by Friday of the same week. He knew we had a tight timeline and was incredibly responsive to our situation. I feel that Michael's market and situational knowledge were great from the beginning to the end of the process. Between his knowledge/attentiveness and the assistance of his transaction coordinator, the entire home buying process was pretty stress fee. Even after closing, and some damages caused by the seller's cleaners, Michael has gone above beyond by continuing to advocate for / coordinate repairs on our behalf. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Michael in the search for our perfect Boulder home in 2019. We were impressed with Michael's knowledge of the Boulder real estate market and his ability find appropriate properties within our price range. Michael was also quick to respond to all inquiries and made himself available to show properties that worked around our schedules. Most importantly, Michael's only concern during the process was finding us a home that fitted our needs perfectly. In fact, he was able to find us the perfect home that was much less than we had originally planned to spend.

After finding the home we wanted to purchase, Michael and the entire team at Lovato Properties assisted in negotiations and facilitating a stress-free purchasing process. Michael also was helpful after the purchase the home in connecting us with trusted people and businesses for various small jobs around the house.
