If you're looking for a top-notch real estate agent to help you sell your home, look no further than Mike Lynch. From start to finish, Mike exceeded my expectations and made the entire process a breeze.
Mike is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. He knew exactly how to price our home to attract the right buyers, and had a deep understanding of what buyers in our area were looking for. This meant that I was able to sell my home quickly and for a great price.
But Mike didn't just rely on his market knowledge to get my home sold. He also went above and beyond to make sure that our home was presented in the best possible light. He made some suggestions on small changes that would help show off my home, used a professional to take beautiful photos that really showcased its features, and created a compelling listing that attracted a lot of interest.
Throughout the entire process, Mike was incredibly responsive and communicative. He always kept me in the loop about what was happening with my listing, and was always available to answer my questions or address any concerns I had.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience I had working with Mike. He’s a true professional who really knows his stuff, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. If you want to work with the best, Mike’s your man!

I came into the market as a first time buyer without any knowledge of real estate.

He guided me the entire process from offering to closing. I learned the process along the way. And, I was able to purchase and live my first house. A brand new construction in a peace and quiet neighborhood.

Mike even offered to help me to move after the closing. I could not thank him enough.

My husband and I worked with Mike to purchase our first home. It was a great experience from beginning to end! We actually worked with several other agents in New England states and always felt like we were in good hands with Mike. We appreciated his professionalism, experience, knowledgeability, and guidance through the whole process.

As we had never purchased before, we had many questions about the whole homebuying process. Mike always patiently answered every question and had wonderful recommendations for other professionals involved in the process (mortgage officer, inspector, lawyer). When viewing houses, we especially appreciated Mike's construction/flipping experience bringing our attention and providing expertise about the "less glamorous" (but still important or expensive!) aspects of homes, like utility systems and possible repairs needed in the future.
Mike's guidance was always fair, honest, and helpful. I never felt like I was being "sold" on a particular property and always felt like he was on our side to help us find the home that was right for us.

Mike was always available and very responsive to calls, texts, and questions we had. We so appreciated working with him and would choose to work with Mike again in a heartbeat!

On a side note, we are a tight knit family and have 2 young children that came with us to every home viewing, inspection, and meeting, and Mike always treated them with kindness and respect, not as nuisances, (as some professionals have done in the past). I greatly appreciated this and think it says a lot about what type of kind human being Mike is in addition to being a wonderful professional!
