It's no wonder that he is the Best of Fair Oaks, CA 95628. Mike's 30 years exp. is demonstrated in everything that he does. He helped us with our 1031 exchange when we relocated. My Ex liked that he was a US Air Force Veteran and could help us with our VA Loan and helped us weigh out the benefits of doing an FHA or Conventional Loan or Jumbo Loan.
He knows everything about the area, and had the inside scoop about our fixer home before it went on the real estate market. We had special requirements, a craftsman style house with character. He negotiated a fantastic deal, the sellers met us and we all are friends now. Couldn't have asked for a smoother escrow transaction. Every question we had regarding financing, disclosures, downpayment, - he responded quickly and honestly. We really appreciated his candor and knowledge. We had used a family friend on our last deal and they were very green and we regret using them now. Mike saved us a ton in time, money, and we really feel that the lack of stress (compared to the time before) pays for itself in spades. I cannot say enough good things about Mike Maddox. We are just so blessed he was referred to us to buy our home in Sacramento County, CA.

He's been doing this a long time and I love his straight forward no nonsense no bs approach. Mike made sure we were fully informed and guided us through what I would consider the easiest smoothest shortest escrow I have ever experienced. We had a fully price cash offer within 24 hrs of going on the market and we better a higher price per sq ft ( $272) which was more than $30 a square foot over our neighbor who sold on Erle Blunden in Fair Oaks at the same time we did. We made a stagger 45k more than them so all I can say is Mike more than covers the cost for his services, and he is a full service realtor which I'd never met before, and let me just say, 5 stars all the way I won't go back to these ala cart agents who nickel and dime. We're so thrilled we're ready to do it again.
