Mike is hands down WORTH IT! He helped us to sell our home and make a profit when we were just looking to break even. He went above and beyond, helping us clean up for pictures and even got dirty helping us move our last things out when we were rushing to closing (movers came on the same day!) He's a smart, patient, great communicator, and FANTASTIC real estate agent! You'd be silly not to let him help you sell your home! He also helped us find our apartment when we needed to downsize. He' the best!

My family and I got word on New Years Eve that our landlord wouldn’t be renewing our lease. He was selling the home we were renting from him and needed to be completely moved out by January 31st. That meant we HAD to find a home FAST to begin the process. Michael immediately jumped into action and began sending us listings that met all of our criteria. He even dropped what he was doing and showed us a handful of houses on New Years Day and then sat down with us over lunch to discuss what would be our best options. After finding the perfect match of a house, he facilitated the entire rental process with our new landlord with ease. We have a unique financial situation so this was no ordinary case, but he made it happen without any hiccups. He even went an extra step and has begun to help our old landlord sell the house we were previously living in. On December 30th we got word from our landlord that we needed to move out January 31st. We immediately began searching Zillow in hopes of quickly finding prospects that met all our criteria of space, neighborhood and price. We found one house that had just hit the market we loved from the photos. Michael scheduled a viewing for us January 1st (yup- was ready to work New Year’s day!). We fell in love and he not only immediately began the application process, but negotiated the rent down to what we were currently paying in our old house- a major plus. We saw the house on a Friday, and were approved to move in on Monday, paperwork & keys in-hand on Tuesday! We have a unique work situation which makes immediate approval difficult in certain cases but Michael worked with us and the Landlord to get all parties what they needed for a smooth application and approval process. We have a home to be happy in for our family the next 18 months and can’t wait until he can help us in our first home!
