Born and raised in the Pasadena area, Michael Maloney intimately knows the homes, streets and neighborhoods of the San Gabriel-Foothills area. His real estate business began in 1995, when, after attending St. Francis High School and graduating from Colorado University at Boulder, Mike began selling foreclosures for the banks. Always assuming he would settle in a place with great fly fishing, Mike came back to Pasadena to raise a family, which was a great choice, being surrounded by family, friends and an amazing community. Mike moved from foreclosures into standard residential home sales in 2001 and is now a mentor for new agents at Keller Williams Pasadena International to move forward in their own real estate careers. Integral to each transaction, Mike’s roles as lead listing agent, experienced negotiator and client advocate enable each transaction to move forward smoothly.
Mike is passionate about helping people attain their real estate goals, whether that be buying a first home, finding quality service providers to help with home improvement, investing in income property, or downsizing. He maintains long-term relationships with his clients, resolute to serve them and those closest to them throughout their lives. Michael has a mission, however: to connect people to their homes through their communities.
Mike is personally tied to the neighborhood and community in a way that enriches his life in unexpected ways. Having carefully restored a 1911 Craftsman bungalow in the La Marguerita-Souders historic neighborhood of Alhambra, Mike shares a passion for beautiful architecture and the vibrant community that sustains the community. He steals away to the Sierras occasionally, for rejuvenation and some fly fishing
Mike is looking forward to meeting and working with you.
