Michael Manuel

Michael is a native Virginian, born in Alexandria, raised in Fairfax County and then returned to live in Old Town, Alexandria after graduating college. After a 14 year management consulting career, where he also acted as CFO for the company, he decided to begin a career in real estate sales. He was drawn to real estate because of his firm belief that buying property is one of the wisest fiscal decisions a person can make. He is proud to say that he was named rookie of the year for the Old Town Historic District office as well as named one of the top ten Long & Foster rookies in the Virginia/West Virginia region his first year of sales. In years following, he has consistently been named a member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales club as well as various Long & Foster high volume sales clubs. He has been recognized by both Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazines as a top realtor in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.
