Mike was incredible! My wife and I were both first time home buyers and having Mike accompany us and explain the small details in what to look for rather than just the cosmetic features was invaluable. He always returned our calls and texts within minutes, was flexible with his time for open houses and gave us so many contacts for lenders, lawyers, handymen, painters, etc. When we finally closed on our dream house, we couldn't make the inspection, Mike went out of his way to walk through with the inspector and recapped everything with us in great detail. He really goes above and beyond. It was a tough process because of the market but he held our hands through every step, was proactive, stayed optimistic and is everything you'd want from a broker. A+++++++ 1,000/10 would recommend!!!

I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from our Realtor Michael calls for an exception. He put quality over quantity when it came to helping me, my brother, and SIL find a home. He genuinely cared and familiarized himself with what we were comfortable with when purchasing a home. We had our challenges when finding a Mother-daughter house that would suite everyone’s needs and Michael was 100% professional at all times, patient with our asks, and knew when to be aggressive in order to get us under contract. Buying a home for the first time can be a daunting experience. There is a lot of information and strategies to know to get your home. Mike made buying a new home a seamless experience. Michael not only is incredibly personable and kind. He made the process of buying a house so much easier than it would have been. We have tried other agents in the past and not only was Michael a huge step up in communication but also he explained every step of the way and made sure we were advocated for!

When looking through houses he was extremely thorough, looking through every nook and cranny to make sure there wasn’t any leaks, mold etc. He really cared whether we were getting a good house or not.

Michael had great taste in contacts such as a lawyer, loan broker etc and honestly by the end it felt like we were all a team with the same goal.

I would absolutely use Michael again in the future and plan on referring him to my family and friends!

Mike is not only a wonderful person to get to know. But an incredible asset to have when we sold our co-op (and are currently with him to buy a home). Mike is knowledgeable, has incredible communication skills, and is always available for questions. He has made this difficult and sometimes overwhelming process so simple. He’s a smart and strategic realtor who got our coop sold sooner than we thought it would take! Not only this, but his contacts and suggestions for real estate lawyers and handymen were always on point! We couldn’t have asked for more.

While we are actively house searching Mike has shown the same quality of communication and knowledge. He’s looking through every crack and corner to make sure this is the right house for us.

Michael represented me on the sale of my parent's house. I have dealt with a number of real estate brokers, on both the seller and buyer side, over the last few years and I can say unequivocally that Michael is the best broker I have engaged. His sound marketing strategy and guidance resulted in receiving 21 offers after only one open house weekend! He was extremely well organized in sorting and ranking the offers and was always communicative and available to field questions throughout the process. There turned out to be issues with the first two accepted offers but Mike patiently navigated the twists and turns of the third offer resulting in a successful sale above the asking price. He is diligent, hard working, and always makes you feel that he is representing your best interests. However, no one came close to his expertise when I was seeking appraisal for my home. Due to his dedication I was able to receive multiple offers for my house within a short period of time.
