Michael N. McNally, CPM, CCIM, is the Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Commercial Management, Inc. He oversees the company’s ongoing operations ensuring that its clients receive excellent customer service, cost saving strategies, process streamlining and property value enhancement. As a real estate broker, he negotiates leases, and the purchase and sale of real estate properties. He works closes with the company’s employees and vendors to maximize each property’s earnings and asset value.
Michael McNally provides management services to a variety of different asset classes, ranging from single tenant uses to multifamily to large anchor tenant retail centers. He is known for being a problem solver, effective communicator, and relationship builder.
He joined Pacific Management Company after graduating from University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. He gained hands-on experience in all aspects of property management including in budgeting, long term planning, vendor selection and collaborating with owners and vendors, always creating strategies to maximize each property’s value.
Michael McNally earned a Certified Commercial Investing Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is also a Professional Member of the National Association of REALTORs and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He personally owns investment properties and has a passion for property management and optimizing real estate asset value and earnings.
