Michael McNeill

Michael R. McNeill is Vice President of Leasing

Mr. McNeill is a Vice President of Leasing for NIE, LTD. His primary role is to interact with Brokers to lease retail and office space. To accomplish this task he provides corporate and institutional service by reviewing and tracking the current market data to determine accurate market analyses for clients. He also consults with other professionals in the Real Estate in an effort to cultivate new business for the company. Moreover his responsibilities include assisting Property Manager with budgeting, maintaining rent rolls and other administrative duties.

Mr. McNeill’s previous real estate experience includes working with CB Richard Ellis as a broker on the Historic Baltimore Portfolio. He was the Regional Leasing Broker for Gephardt Properties where he secured accounts for Zoned for Kid’s and Alamo’s formally Car Temps USA. He has also worked with The Boxer Property Company where he was instrumental in helping the company win the Broker of the year award.
