About Michael
Michael Meier is the Principal and Co-Founder of Aristocrat Realty & Development. After two decades as an entrepreneur, he moved from running a local retail business into real estate with a simple goal: deliver better service. Under his leadership, Aristocrat Realty has grown to a 34-agent team. The Kansas City Business Journal recognized Michael as the metro’s #1 retail broker for 2022-2024, and over the last three years, he has facilitated more than $90 million in transactions.
He specializes in off-market opportunities and commercial development across medical, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Michael also serves the community as a KCMO Parks Commissioner, a member of the KCMO Board of Zoning Adjustment, and Chair of the Northland Chamber of Commerce Planning & Development Committee. He serves on the boards of the Platte County Economic Development Council, Platte County Senior Services, and the Northland Workforce Development Center.
Away from work, Michael enjoys tailgating and cheering on the Chiefs and Royals, as well as spending time with his family—his daughter Julia, baby Wrenley, and his wife, Kailey. He supports organizations such as Children’s Mercy Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, and the Veterans Community Project.
