Michael Mena was very professional from the get-go. We were in the market to sell and buy at the same time. He provided us with several listings to meet our criteria. When we settled on a final home and placed our offer which was accepted immediately, he handled our complicated transaction in a smooth manner. We did get several offers on our home in a competitive market thanks to his representation and marketing. He handled negotiations for us and alleviated a lot of our stress. Michael and his team are the best team to work with in Orange County! After I listed my home with another agent who had been marketing our neighborhood and receiving no offers,I decided to call Michael who door knocked my home with news he had sold the home down the street.
