Being the Meoni team’s IT person, I personally see how hard they work behind the scenes to bring every transaction to a successful closing. We purchased a condo through them this year, and I have referred them to my neighbor (Seller), and my daughter (Buyer). They did a great job on all 3 transactions, and I highly recommend their services. They are true professionals and are with you every step of the way!

Mike & Melody were fantastic to work with. They each have their own strengths and their ability to work together makes for a fantastic process. They listen and respond to what you want as buyer/seller and I appreciate that.

They offered advice but ultimately let us set our own sell price. It was nice to have someone so knowledgable about the area. They've lived and worked here for many years and understood the market place.

We had 11 showings and was under contract in less than week.
