Michael Milano

A real estate agent since 2007, Michael Milano has involved himself in all aspects of the business so he can deliver a one-stop shop of services to his clients. His all-inclusive solutions, along with his personable nature and true professionalism, have earned Michael a steady stream of referral and repeat clients that shows no signs of slowing down.

Despite his strong track record, Michael believes there’s always room for improvement and looks for ways to add value to others and the community, whether through local businesses or events. He always makes himself available and takes the time to understand his clients’ needs so he can exceed their goals and expectations. He also tests different tools and approaches to ensure that each buyer and seller he serves has the advantage.

A third-generation native of Novato, California, Michael also has expert knowledge of the local housing market and exclusive access to off-market homes. While growing up in Marin, he attended Our Lady of Loretto and Marin Catholic, where he played team sports and learned the spirit of collaboration. He’s never strayed far from the area: He got his associate degree at the College of Marin and a B.A. with an emphasis in interpersonal communication at San Francisco State University.

When not giving his clients the inside scoop on Marin and its real estate market, Michael finds time to give back to his community, one that his family has served for decades. (His grandfather was mayor of Novato in the mid to late 1970s and has been Michael’s lifelong inspiration.) He also stays involved in industry organizations and currently serves as director on the board of directors for the Marin Association of Realtors®. Michael and his wife have three children — with another on the way — and are grateful to be raising the fourth generation of Milanos in Marin.
