About Michael

Michael Miner, has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2002. The Miner Realty Team prominently services the Central New York area as well as covers areas all across New York State and outside of New York City.



Broker/Owner Mike’s expertise in real estate is backed by his various certifications and designations amassed over the years. Mike has also taken an extensive amount of college courses at SUNY Morrisville and online to account for his collegiate degrees in Business, Marketing, and Economics.



Initially interested in real estate from the young age of 15 years old, Mike was licensed and ready to begin his journey by 21. This led him to becoming the Broker/Owner of Miner Realty & Property Management LLC. Although Mike has spent time with each branch of real estate, his current passion is teaching clients how to invest in real estate – be it $5,000 or $5M!



Mike takes great pride in his process of coaching each client one on one as he walks them through his extensive program for investment properties. He coaches clients step by step on how to work their way up to becoming a pro in real estate investments, and can help them handle everything from finding the right projects to how to finance those projects.



Because Mike started his real estate career so early, he was raised on the traditional way of real estate, but throughout the years he has grown with the technology boom that helped the real estate market become what it is today. He uniquely expresses the old school values he started with, while gradually adapting to the new-age way of advertising. In his words, “A handshake still means something.”



Mike has since taken the time to build a team of agents proficient in a multitude of areas within the real estate business. The Miner Realty Team carries certifications and designations including 1031 Exchange, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and ePro.
