Michael Monarca

Michael has a passion for customer service, having spent more than 25 years in the hotel business prior to joining Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty. His years of creating world renowned service organizations, combined with his business acumen and global development experience, have given Michael a unique ability to work through the most complex real estate transactions and anticipate the needs of his clients, while providing unparalleled service.

He worked for many years managing and developing hotels for Marriott, Ritz-Carlton and EDITION Hotels around the world. Throughout his career, he created and cultivated service cultures in world-class hotels. In his last hotel industry position, as Vice President of Operations for EDITION Hotels, Michael traveled throughout the world and helped create Ian Schrager's iconic new Luxury Lifestyle hotel brand.

Michael is an avid Food and Wine enthusiast and is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and the Escoffier Society of New York. He has spent many years creating lasting memories for his 'guests'. Now, as his newest guest, how may he assist you?
