Location location location…
And by that I mean locate Michael Murphy. 😊
He sold our town home in our beloved south loop neighborhood,
in 4 -1/2 weeks for more money than we anticipated. With his experience and knowledge he guided us through this daunting process. He remained calm and informative even when we were not! He was always available for questions and concerns. He even assisted in landscaping upgrades before our open houses.
