Michael recently helped my husband and I find a long-term rental in Washington, DC. This home search was very important to us, as we will be welcoming our first child in our new home. Michael took that seriously and paid careful attention to the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market, and he shared detailed information about all of the neighborhoods that were of interest to us. He also listened carefully and asked the right questions to understand exactly what we were looking for. He very quickly came up with many great options and helped us to get into a place that was perfectly suited for our needs. Michael is professional, timely and made himself available for tours at the times that were most convenient for us (as my husband and I have busy work schedules). He helped us with and walked us through the entire process of finding the right home, filling out the application, negotiating the lease, and ensuring that our move went smoothly. He also coordinated with the brokerage agent, which took a lot of the hassle off our own plates. We would highly recommend Michael to our friends and family, and, in fact, we recently recommended him to my dad who is moving to Northern Virginia. Michael immediately jumped right in and helped him find the perfect place as well. Our whole family is very grateful for Michael's services!

Michael made the home buying process as smooth as humanly possible. We first met him nearly two years prior to our home purchase. In the first few months, he helped us come to realize that we weren't yet ready to buy, so he pivoted to find us an apartment and negotiate a great rate. Even during this time when we weren't quite ready to buy, Michael always made himself available to answer questions and offer advice. I appreciate his patience and empathy in doing so.

In the home search / buying process, Michael kept us comfortable, and we ultimately got our house on an offer that thrilled us.
