It has been quite a journey looking for our first new home. Yet, my husband and I were fortunate to have Michael Nguyen as our Real Estate Agent. He guided us through this significant process and made our journey go as smoothly as possible. Michael tried to familiarize himself with what we wished for in our first new home and provided many great options. While attending open houses with us, Michael was knowledgeable about the homes and examined each thoroughly to provide us with any helpful input. Although my husband and I can be indecisive, Michael was incredibly patient, and we were able to find a home that we loved. We were able to close on the house sooner than expected. Little back story . We have been working with Michael to find our dream home. It took a while because of the market and the pandemic. We finally saw the one but u fortunately lost out to multiple offers. Michael took it upon himself to get our forever home! We were out of the runnings and gave up on our home we really wanted. Michael saw that we were bummed and sad. Michael took it upon himself without us asking to follow up with listing agent. Apparently the potential buyer had cold feet and backed out . Without him following up we would have never gotten our forever home! Thank you Michael

This review is long overdue as Michael not only helped us purchase and then sell our starter home, he just helped us close on our forever home. This market is absolutely crazy but Michael was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the process and was easy to communicate with. He was readily available to take us to showings and shared his expertise whenever we asked for his opinion. When we found the right home for our family, Michael promptly submitted our offer/counteroffers and I definitely felt that he was working in our best interests. This review has been long overdue. Mike helped us sell our home through the early stages of the pandemic when there was a lot of uncertainty. He was patient with us since the very beginning and really helped guide us every step of the way, which we certainly needed since it was our first home sale. He also helped me navigate through some personal issues with the sale and would check up on me when he didn't need to. He will look after you!! He is trustworthy, experienced, and very responsive. He has plenty of connections within the industry, from a paint guy to a photographer. Whatever our home needed, he immediately knew someone who could help us. Mike even helped us negotiate a lease-back for an entire year after we sold, which was extremely helpful to us finding a new home during covid. Michael Nguyen was our real estate agent for our 1st home and I can’t thank him enough for how attentive and how patient he was in answering/explaining the bazillion questions we had! He made himself available for us enough if he had to miss a part of a family event and even drove his RV on his way to a family trip to be there for us for our home walk thru when we couldn’t be there ourselves!!

Michael was very professional and honest/straight forward and very knowledgeable. He would also look out and suggest houses to look at keeping our preferences in mind. If you’re looking to buy a home, I would recommend trying to obtain his services because he will not pressure you and he will help you make an informed decision!

Michael was great to work with. He staged the house so nicely that we almost didn't want to sell the home! The photos came out great, we got offers very quickly even during the beginning of COVID and handled everything start to finish. The buyer turned out to be VERY difficult, but Michael did an amazing job making sure we didn't lose our buyer during escrow. We felt he was always on our side and couldn't ask for a better real estate agent!
