Michael Ostrander

Michael is a National Director of Student Housing at Triad Real Estate Partners. He brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience to the table, most recently as an independent student housing broker with MAO Realty Advisors, LLC. He has completed over $100 million in real estate transactions across all asset types with a focus on off-market student housing assets and development sites. He is based in the Ann Arbor office and works with Ryan Tobias, head of Triad’s national student housing group, on student housing transactions across the country, predominantly in the Southeast and East Coast.

Michael is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Michigan and a resident of the Detroit area. He enjoys golf, traveling with family and following Detroit and Michigan sports.
