Michael Pearson

Michael is a licensed Florida Realtor with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Working as a mortgage loan officer, settlement officer, and Realtor has given Michael a well rounded perspective on the entire real estate transaction. He attributes his multi-faceted experience as a key element in his successful real estate business; “Having the mortgage and title background really gives me an edge with my clients. I can make recommendations and explain things that other agents simply can’t.”

Working as a Florida Realtor gives Michael the opportunity to work with a diverse client base – selling many different types of properties; “I enjoy working with first time home buyers, buying a townhome just as much as working with an experienced owner listing a luxury home in a waterfront community.” Michael works as an agent for Fine Properties in Lakewood Ranch.

As a Florida Realtor, he can conduct business throughout the state, but mainly stays close to home in Manatee and Sarasota Counties and the surrounding areas. Michael is a native of Maryland, and graduate from the University of Maryland in College Park where he majored in Psychology and played Ice Hockey. He currently resides in Lakewood Ranch with his wife and three children.
