Michael Pederson

A real estate professional since 2014, Michael Pederson ably serves Puget Sound, Seattle, the Eastside area, and King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. He knows those markets well — he is lived in the area for more than 40 years.

For much of that time, Michael worked in customer relations, marketing, and sales, specializing in meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of the people he serves. His professional approach keeps clients in the loop throughout the real estate process, whether buying, selling, or investing in a property.

A commitment to first-class service is how Michael ensures the success and satisfaction of his clients. He also thoroughly enjoys the business of real estate, having enough fun to consider it a hobby. Away from work, he still enjoys talking shop; his wife is a Realtor®, too. When he is at home, he likes to sing and cook — maybe both at the same time!
