Mike Perna is the sole reason that we now own the House of our Dreams. Mike was willing to put in the time and effort way above and beyond the other agents we interacted with when we first started looking at homes. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions you may have. I know this because I asked him everything I possibly could to educate myself because I like being an informed buyer especially when it is the largest purchase you will ever make! The knowledge he has pertaining to the local area was very valuable in assisting us in our search. He did a phenomenal job negotiating the price and seeing us through the process. This may sound like a minute thing, but he returns phone calls, emails and texts very promptly and always makes himself available for you. As if you are his only client, and as a client, nothing is better! I could go on and on about Mike simply because he is worth it. I will recommend him to anyone who is interested in looking for a house or even has a basic question. Mike Perna and his staff are the right Real Estate professional for you!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Perna when attempting to purchase investment houses in the summer of 2008. He was BY-FAR the most knowledgeable agent I had worked with, and really knew what to look for. He even caught the listing agent trying to get a property gerself, and we were able to get a bid accepted that was under the List price. While I did not end up purchasing the house, Mr. Perna was helpful the entire process, and I have recomennded him to many other people since then.

We had put are home on the market with a different realtor in the fall of 2011, we had 32 showings and not one offer. We were very disappointed in the the whole process with realtors. Then in the spring of 2012 we interviewed 4 of the top realtors in are area and we choose Michael Perna and the Perna team, we were really leary of going thru the process again, however after meeting with Michael Perna he showed us more professionalism and dedication to the needs of the sellers as opposed to just listing the house at a quick sell price. He listed the home above what we had suggested. His marketing strategy produced12 showings on day one which resulted in 2 offers above the listed price in the first 15 minutes on the market. Also making are neighbors very happy since all the other homes listed by other realtors were being given away. However getting a offer on your home is only the first step. Then you must have the inspection and then the grueling appraisal process which in today's market is the nail biter. Mike Perna was able to derail a bogus appraisal and obtain a new appraisal at the fair market value which allowed us to complete the sale without any further negotiation. We are highly recommending Michael Perna and the Perna team!! Michael has the eye of the tiger that all realtors should have but don't,, Michael we believe in realtors again. Thank you, The Hogues

I would HIGHLY recommend the Perna Team. They surround themselves with the best in the business. They work very hard to make the home buying process as seamless as possible with a very positive attitude. They personally stayed on top of everything from looking at homes to the final closing. This team answered every question promptly and made excellent recommendations on the best insurance and mortgage company to work with, so grateful for this information. Mike recommended several negotiation points in our purchase agreement I would never have thought about as a buyer. These guys go out of their way to provide an excellent home buying experience. The Perna Team are the best I have ever worked with!

Mike and staff were very knowledgeable of the industry and specifically of the area my home was located. I felt Mike had his finger on the pulse and provided realistic expectations. I know that Mike gave my home the greatest market exposure possible. Mike also kept me informed of changes in the industry and market. He maintained seasonably sensitive photos and also presented updated appraisals and comps to help me position the home appropriate to the market activity. It was a tough time to sell a move in ready house, but Mike hung in there and got the job done.

We definitely liked working with The Perna Team in selling and buying our new home. We were uncertain if our home would sell in this market but Michael Perna explained to us how it would be marketed to the best of his ability. He advised us on what price range to sell our home at based on the local market demand, and was in constant contact with us regarding showings and feedback. Our house sold much faster than anticipated, which is a great problem to have, at our asking price too! Michael was very helpful in assisting us with finding our new dream home as well. Agent was extremely knowledge of current market conditions and confident in the suggested list price. This agent has a team working with him. The team member who took the house pictures was an excellent photographer; the advertising was extensive. Some of the information on the listing had to be corrected but we still got an acceptable offer approximately 30 days after listing our property.
