Michael sold our mother’s home for us. He did an excellent job of marketing it, in spite of its well worn condition. He listened to our desires and helped us sort the myriad issues that go along with the selling of a parents home. It was a seamless process, and he genuinely wanted it to be a good experience for us the sellers. He brought a great energy at a time we really needed it.

Michael is an excellent realtor! For a few years we have been looking for just the right property by the beach. We spotted one we loved but we were 1500 miles away. We quickly signed a realtor agreement and Michael was in the car the next morning to drive 3 hours to view the listing in person for us. Within a few days our offer was the one accepted among many others wanting to snag this property. The deal was closed and we had the house we wanted thanks to Michael. This was all done long distance with such efficiency. We would highly recommend Michael Phelps for your buying and selling property needs!
