Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips is Co-founder and Principal at Freedom CRE. During his 12+
years of real estate experience, Michael has become known for disciplined
analysis, expert negotiation, and marketing that generates buyer
competition. His expertise goes beyond the transaction, spanning acquisition
strategy, sale positioning, and portfolio planning for owners and investors.

Prior to starting his real estate businesses, Michael earned his CPA and held
an executive role at EY, where he managed financial engagements for casinos
and institutional investment funds. Michael graduated from the University of
Delaware with a dual degree in Accounting and Business Management.

Michael grew up at the South Jersey Shore and has lived in Greater
Philadelphia his entire adult life. When he is not working, he enjoys park and
weekend trips with his wife and kids, Philly sports, and getting out in nature.
