Michael Pilch

Mike, a native of Myersville, has been in the real estate and home building industry throughout his career and has a vast knowledge of the real estate market, real estate investment, and land development. Prior to joining Frederick Land & Home Company he was employed for 17 years by a national homebuilder, where he specialized in land development, sales, marketing, product positioning, construction and estimating. He calls upon these skills when working with clients of Frederick Land as well as those of North Market Construction, Mike’s Frederick-based boutique custom home building company.

Mike obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of MD, College Park. He and his wife Burgess Benna Pilch live in Frederick and have two children, Grace and Isaac. Mike is a member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek, Frederick County Builders Association, Frederick County Association of Realtors and the Thurmont Conservation and Sportsman Club–and is also a Little League Baseball coach. In his spare time Mike enjoys spending time with his family and being active in the outdoors.
