Mike was a huge asset to our journey in uprooting our family to cross state lines to find our new home! Mike worked hard in helping us find the house that fits our needs and even had items on our “wishlist”. Without struggle there is no progress. Any struggles we came across, Mike was there in our corner backing us up on everything and fighting for us. He made the process seamless and easy, especially during the hard times our country was facing. There were times when we were not in the same state but he made an effort to show us homes through FaceTime and constant and transparent communication. A True Professional
Mike was great. He was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. It was refreshing to have someone answer your calls or call you back within minutes of leaving a message. We felt he always had our best interest in mind when working through a couple of challenges, while also respecting and protecting the seller's side of the transaction. Mike provided outstanding realtor service throughout the sale of our house.
Mike is a highly knowledgeable and reliable realtor who worked diligently to complete the sale of our house. He went above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible in spite of two contract cancelations. It took Mike no more than a day or so to find new potential buyers. Mike also took care of our home during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays while we were up north with our children. Mike kept us informed throughout the process and kept us on track completing all of the necessary documentation. I would highly recommend Mike as a realtor in the Jacksonville - St. Augustine area.

Mike was attentive, informative, and responsive to our questions & considerations throughout the process of selling our home. Mike Pisacreta… not only is he an amazing Real Estate Agent, but he and his wife are amazing people.
After interviewing several Agents to sale our last home, we were thinking we would just do it ourselves. Then, we met Mike and what a blessing! Now, we are buying our new Home and we wouldn’t want to go through it with anyone else.
My husband and I have purchased several homes throughout our lives and we have dealt with a lot of sales Agents. Mike is much different and has been with us every step of the way. Selling a home! If I decided todo that again I would definitely choose Mike Pisacreta.
In my search for realtor I made a call to Mike.
He responded immediately and I mean immediately.
We met within hours. I found him to be down to earth but very professional. We discussed my desires on the sell of my property. My wife and I both agreed that Mike was the guy that we needed. Signed, marketed, showings within no time. 😆😆.
Even with the world virus crises Mike kept a positive attitude. He continued to reassure us.
