About Michael

Michael is a lifetime resident of the Western Suburbs and serves communities from Chicago to Naperville. While most of his business comes from the Western Suburbs, Michael sells homes in the city and has sold in over 70 towns. Real estate is in his blood, as the son of an award-winning Chicago architect he spent much of his childhood touring homes, and he prominently displays his great grandfather's Real Estate license from 1911 on his office wall.

A tireless worker, Michael is often referred to by his peers as the "hardest working man in real estate." Extremely data-driven and brutally honest while touring homes, buyers are sometimes taken aback by his candor- "In most cases, this is the largest purchase a buyer will make. I would never talk up a property that I wouldn't buy myself." Michael recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and he strives every day to exceed their expectations. The core of Michael's business has been built from an unwavering commitment to the highest level of service to every client, whether a first-time condo buyer or the seller of a multimillion-dollar estate.

In 2018 he added his daughter Alexandra, a realtor and stager, to his team. Her creative eye is pivotal to the success of the group, and she assists listings with staging consults, by attending photoshoots, and leveraging the marketing technology and tools provided by @properties to best serve the groups clients. Michael beams with pride at the great strides Alex has made. He laughingly calls her a softer gentler version of himself, but she has his same discerning eye while touring homes with her own clients or occasionally helping Michael with his showings. Together they form the top father-daughter team in the Western Suburbs.

The Mainstreet real estate board named Michael in the top 1% in sales for 2020, and in 2021 he beat those numbers by 25% with over $20 million in sales. Past clients become as close as family members. He's well known for his many client parties, including Breakfasts with Santa, Cryotherapy parties, and a summer party that has featured pony rides, petting zoos, food trucks, magicians and live bands. A Bears and White Sox season ticket holder, Michael loves bring clients to games.
