We had an amazing experience with Mike. He was knowledgeable, he walked us through each step. He was reliable, he answered all of our questions, in an extremely timely fashion. He was reassuring, letting us know that everything would work out. He always took the time to talk to us with whatever we needed, he never rushed us. Mike looked at a billion houses with me and had still always pointed out things i wouldn’t like or that wouldn’t work for me and my kids even though it meant looking at more homes for us, after finding the one i wanted he got under asking with concessions from the seller and i could not be happier choosing him as my agent - me and everyone i know will only ever use Mike from now on, thank you!!

You couldn't ask for a better realtor.

Mike went far above and beyond for us, helping us at every step of the process. He was diligent with the details, advocated for us at every step, and knowledgeable not only about the continuum of the home buying process but also the home itself including aspects like construction and upkeep that many other realtors will not be well versed in.

Five stars isn't enough to communicate the superior quality and genuine care that he displays. I type this review sitting comfortably in my new home and that is very much thanks to him.

Mike made each phase of home buying process as smooth and understandable as possible. His previous building expertise helped us identify problem items that would otherwise be overlooked. He helped us beat multiple offers, while not over paying for the house, and was extremely patient with us as we tried to find our first home in this competitive market.

Having Mike as our realtor was incredibly helpful as first time home buyers. With his background in building homes, he was able to point out the smaller things that could become a bigger deal down the road. He pays close attention to detail, and is so personable. We were so thankful for him through this process and knew we were in good hands. We cannot wait to buy/sell with him again in the future!

Mike worked very fast. In a time when a house can go in a day, he was great with communication. He helped my parents find a great place in a difficult buyer’s market. He understand their needs from what they wanted in a home to the location of that home.
