Mike went above and beyond to help us get out of a hotel and into home in less than a week after our family moved to Pensacola on military orders. They were extremely welcoming as it was our first time moving as far as we did and our first time experiencing Florida. I've since recommended him and his company to other military members and will continue to recommend him. Though we only lived in Florida for about a year, they kept maintenance up to date and any issues we came across at the property they were quick to respond and to a find a solution. Brock properties is by far the best property management company AND realtor I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will honestly miss renting from them for so long. Once I had my financial ducks in a row to purchase a home, Mike Brock was able to find me my dreamhome on the FIRST HOUSE WE TOURED. The first house Mike Brock showed us fit every single criteria we had in our dreamhome. We put an offer in the same day we toured it and 1 month later we now it! Mike Brock and Brock Properties made renting a home AND buying a home extremely easy, simple, and smooth for us. Brock Properties and Mike Brock addressed any and all of our concerns in an impressively timely manner so that I never really had to worry about anything. Mike Brock is the professional who will make your real estate ambitions happen. I bought a house back in 2017 that was older and required a lot of maintenance. I called three property managers and two of them didn’t get back to me at all. Mike called back right away and set up a time to tour the property so we could come up with a custom plan for managing it.

Mike built on that strong first impression over almost 6 years of managing the property. His attention to detail, connections to contractors and experience made it possible for me to successfully rent and then sell a challenging property without any issues. And the best part is that he is a pleasure to work with and takes his professional responsibility seriously.

We have had a great experience working with Mike Brock and Brock Properties over the years for many real estate needs and all transactions have been handled with professionalism and respect. They are a local, family owned business and simply put, they are good people, doing good business!

We have used Brock Properties as a rental management company. They inspected our home, gave us a list of ways to make the property appealing for renters, assisted us with trades to accommodate necessary upgrades, listed the property and had a quality renter in our home with very little down time. They have a very good system set up so that when a repair is needed, it is handled quickly and efficiently, leaving the renter happy and us stress free. When the decision to sell the property was made, Brock Properties also facilitated the sale and made it a seamless transaction between us, the renter, and the purchaser.

We highly recommend Brock Properties, not only for property management, but also for purchasing or selling properties as well. The level of professionalism and tact working through deals has always exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is rare and necessary when it comes to real estate transactions and has always left us feeling confident and stress free. I originally listed my home with another realtor, but after a few weeks of disappointment a neighbor recommended I work with Michael Brock. Listing my house with him was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He had a contract on my house in 8 days. Unfortunately, I ran into a legal issue with my title, which turned into an extremely stressful situation. But Mike was incredibly helpful and patient. He went well above and beyond to help get me through it. He took the time to explain every detail, was available whenever I needed him, and worked hard to ensure everyone involved was doing things properly to rectify the situation. His experience and knowledge truly was invaluable. He genuinely looked out for my best interest. A less experienced agent wouldn’t have been able to get us to the closing table without the added expense of having to hire an attorney. He’s the only agent my family and I will use now. There is a saying that goes, "you only get one chance to make a good first impression," and Mike from Brock Properties certainly did that. Not only did he help my husband and I with the purchase of our new house, but he also helped us sell our old one. We highly recommend him and are so grateful for all he did for us.

Our journey began when we came across a house being sold by Mike. He was responsive and met with us even though we told him "we were just looking". He took the time to answer all our questions thoughtfully, honestly, and without any judgement (for all he knew we could have been broke since we didn't even have a pre-approval letter at that point). Although we didn't fall in love with that house, Mike gave us resources to help us on our search without any commitments. He left us with such a great impression, we knew we could trust him and that we wanted to work with him exclusively.

Buying our dream home:
As we searched for our new house he gave us listings to look at and he was very good about answering texts, calls, and emails. When we finally found our dream home, his level of expertise really showed. He met us at inspections, gave us valuable advice, and even went out of his way to help us with things at the property (like the pool and getting the well inspection completed). His professionalism, communication and knowledge helped us make an informed decision when we bought our new home.

Selling our old home:
After moving into our new house, we wanted to update our old one before putting it on the market. He offered to do a walkthrough and helped us every step of the way without rushing us. He gave us sound advice and made recommendations without any pressure to complete them. Also, he obtained estimates so we could choose what companies to work with. After the updates were completed, our house was ready to be put up for sale. He took all the pictures himself and sent everything to us to approve - including the layout plans and listing information. In less than 24 hours of our house being listed in a "slow market", we knew an offer was coming. That weekend we ended up with 3 solid offers and sold our house that quick!

Needless to say Mike's expertise and knowledge was instrumental throughout our entire journey and we highly recommend him. More importantly, we gained something much more valuable throughout this process besides a new house...we gained a valuable friendship, which is priceless.

Several months ago we had been playing with the idea of selling in the crazy housing market out in Pace, having established a relationship with Mike years ago as outstanding renters, we knew he was the one to call and throw around ideas with! We gave him a call, after several calls back and forth throwing diff ideas back and forth, we established a good solid plan of attack! We put the plan into action and from day one of the process it was absolutely seamless!!! He sent us all the paperwork in a timely manner, communicated with us at every step. He took amazing pictures of the house, totally capturing our “Oasis” and all of the hard work we had put into it over the years in just a few clicks of his camera! I even stopped by on my way thru while he was taking pics to observe the process, His attention to detail is remarkable! Come listing day the showings where rolling in, just seconds after it went live! We received a Cash offer over asking price and they wanted to close ASAP! I would absolutely recommend using Brock Properties. Mike has a great attitude, and really went above and beyond to help me. I was tasked with finding a house during a PCS while my military husband was away and he was extremely patient, helpful and kind. I was doing most of it from about 5 hours away and with a three year old, so I couldn’t just run out on a whim to look. Even though we ended up not renting the house we’d looked at through Brock Properties, I would still 100% refer friends to them. After we decided that house didn’t work for us, Mike set me up with a list that was customized to our budget and needs, and that list had the place we ended up renting. Awesome guy to work with and if we ever end up in the area later on in life we’ll definitely seek them out again.

Brock Properties has managed my house in Milton for the past six years and I have never had the first issue with the property with one exception, when I did not take Mr. Brock's advice on a particular matter. So, when my parents decided to move into a retirement community and sell their house of 40+ years, I naturally called Michael Brock, first for his advice and then to request he represent my family in the sale. We priced the house to what we believed to be a fair price for the current market and the house was under contract within three days. Throughout the process, Mr. Brock responded quickly to any concern the prospective buyers had ensuring the sale was accomplished. Easily the finest property management company I have worked with over over ten years of home ownership. There are two variants of property managers; large scale efficient managers who use technology but fail to provide the personal touch, and small boutique managers who fail to capitalize on financial and logistic efficiencies. I rented a property through Brock Properties over a 4 year period. The first thing that stood out was the amount of rent they asked for compared to other Property Management Companies. They price their rentals very reasonably and I did not have to worry about my rent being raised substantially every year when it was time to renew my lease. As a matter of fact, I was surprised with how low the increase was every year. They are very easy to work with if you have a repair that needs to be done and they send out friendly reminders of what you should be doing seasonally to maintain the home, which I found very helpful. Most importantly, I have worked with Property Management Companies before that look for every little thing to use against you when it comes to returning your deposit once you vacate. This is not the case with Brock Properties. I actually received a thank you note along with 100% of my deposit, which was a first for me. I highly recommend using this particular company because they are easy to work with, honest and dependable.

Mike Brock managed our property for 6 years before we decided to sell. During the entire 6 year period, we trusted his judgement 100% on all recommendations for rent amount and all repairs. He never steered us wrong. He had a perfect balance between ensuring the tenants were satisfied while also ensuring we were never taken advantage of for an unnecessary repair or service call. When we decided to list the house, we chose Mike Brock as our listing agent and again followed every recommendation of his to get the house ready to sell. Following his guidance paid off fast. We had a solid offer on the home in six days and closed less than 5 weeks later under terms that were exactly as we had hoped for. We give Mike Brock our highest possible recommendation as either a property manager or selling agent. I Moved to the area in 2005 from N.Alabama for a new career. I rented a home from Brock properties and stayed for 2 yrs. They were very courteous and responded in a timely manner to any issues that arises. From beginning to end, Brock Properties was extremely helpful and efficient. I rented a house from them for two years. I was in a different state when I found this particular property. I though arranging all the paperwork would be a nightmare. But Brock made it very easy, which is a blessing for Military families.
While living in the house, several maintenance issues surfaced. Brock made sure they were taken care of in a speedy manner. All concerns were responded by email in no more than a couple of days.
Move out was a breeze. We did our part by ensuring the house was spotless, Brock did his part by returning the whole of our security deposit very fast.
All in all, not only would I rent from him again, but now that I own a house I would not hesitate to trust them with managing my property if we had to PCS or deploy.

I was not a fan of mgmt companies as they all were never easy to deal with, almost never got the kind of tenant that said they would screen for and very seldom carried through on everything they were being paid to do.
2 years ago, I moved here to Pensacola, Fl. After acquiring my first rental house, I asked around about a good management company and Brock Properties was referred to me. They have changed my opinion of what a good mgmt. company can do for you. They are a family business that is a joy to work with. They screen all tenants, take care of all repairs with licensed repairmen that are very reasonably priced, are very organized on money intake and distribution in a very timely manner and really go all out for what you need them to do. I couldn't ask for any more than what they do for me now! I am a very happy customer!

We own a very old but really beautiful house in Pensacola. Because of the irreplaceable antique components of the property, we were reluctant to rent it out. Then I met Mike Brock. He is excellent, very professional, drafted a great contract and found us superior tenants who have taken wonderful care of our home. As an owner, landlord and real estate investor myself, I highly recommend Mike and Brock Properties. They won't let you down.
