Michael is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable realtor who will always look out for your personal interests and help you do whatever it takes to get your deal done. We used Michael on both the buy and sell side - in the end we decided to move out of state to get closer to family, but while we were still looking in the area Michael was always prompt at getting us showings, providing us with all the key information we needed and more, and he is extremely good at pointing out any construction or other issues with the properties whether good or bad. When it came time to sell our home, Michael had our property listed quickly, with prospective buyers in for a open house immediately thereafter - we had multiple acceptable offers in just a couple of days and he was able to get us to closing after having to deal with a couple of snags along the way - all while we had already moved away from our Wisconsin property. We highly recommend Michael as your realtor.

We originally met Michael in the late 80’s. He helped us sell our first home, in a completely different market, at the first open house. Then, after a few glitches, (not of his making, which he quickly resolved) we purchased our family home.

He has since helped my parents relocate to the area and find a condo.

A few years ago, we recommended him to our daughter and son-in-law when they were ready to sell their first home. Their home sold very quickly, and he was very patient in helping them find their new home after looking at many houses in a tough market.

Within the last year Michael has been extremely helpful in working with us looking for our retirement home. We decided to build and wait to sell our home. Michael advised us what needed to be upgraded, and what was best to leave for the new owners to upgrade as they wished. After several showings the first day, the house sold well above the listing price!

Michael is the ultimate professional, extremely patient, and knowledgeable.You won’t find a better person to help with your real estate needs, buying or selling!

How we got started:
We first met Michael and his wife several years ago, when our daughters were on a team together. It was easy to pickup that he was a very caring person that you could trust. When we decided we were ready to upgrade our home, these were the qualities we wanted, and we thought of him right away. So, we put ourselves in his hands, and he carried us through.

Selling the Old House:
Michael gave us well reasoned feedback on what to upgrade. More importantly, he saved us time and money by also clarifying what was better to leave as-is so that new owners could upgrade as they wished. He was also helpful in finding appropriate contractors as needed. With the upgrades he suggested, our house had several showings and sold on the first weekend above our asking price.

Buying the New Home:
Michael was very intuitive to our true needs. While my wife and I were ready to forge ahead, he could see that our "first love" house wasn't the best for us. He gently but firmly slowed us down, got us to look around some more. In the end we found an even better home at a lower price. Thank you Michael!

Other:
I was surprised at just how available, responsive, and present he was throughout both processes. A realtor never sleeps I guess!

I've used Michael twice, both as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent, and have had a number of friends do the same. In every way, at every nuanced complication of the process, he is always stellar and makes everything simple for his client, always going above-and-beyond. As a buyer's agent he took extra time to get know my particular quirky desires and helped me find the home I wanted quickly, and when the seller had a number of complications and his agent was less than helpful Michael did the work of both agents to make sure the sale happened smoothly without any hitches. My most recent experience was selling a home for an unexpected out-of-state move. The home I sold was one I originally purchased as a fixer-upper, and when a new job forced me to sell sooner than I expected, Michael went through the extra effort not only to go through the home and assess the most significant final work to get the house listed quickly on a tight schedule, but also connected me with his personal contacts of local subcontractors to get on their immediate schedule, even personally hounding them if their responses were delayed. We worked quickly to do a tremendous amount of improvement in about two weeks at a completely reasonable price, and listed the house for $52,000 above my original purchase price four years earlier (a gain of 76%), and it sold in less than two weeks for the full asking price with no repairs requested from the inspector. Additionally, Michael offered to connect me with buyer's agents in the state where I was moving, and gave some informed feedback about the homes I was looking into there. While my home was listed and I was doing a significant amount of out-of-state travel to prepare for my move, Michael was constantly available to monitor my home in my absence, even with the added health/sanitary complications of COVID-19. His responses are immediate, friendly, informed, and helpful. You constantly feel like you are his only client. I'd recommend him enthusiastically to anyone, any day of the week.
