Michael Reamy was on top of his game in helping me find a lot in Rehoboth Beach, the moment something popped up on the market I heard from him and if l was interested he was there in ten minutes making videos, trudging through brush to get good shots so I could really tell if I needed to rush up from DC for a look. He knows the market exceptionally well and works and works to be you best realtor at the beach. He found me a great spot, connected me with surveyors and builders and I could not be happier. He worked feverishly for my brother to find a great in town beach house as well.I highly recommend Michael.

Best RE Agent ever! Michael was very knowledgeable, very helpful and a great asset in my search for a property in Rehoboth Beach! He even went through the trouble of trudging through wetlands to take some video of a property! Can not recommend more highly. You can trust Michael with your property search!

Michael is a true professional. He sells multi million dollar homes yet he treated our family house for $220K as if it were a million:) He does one of the best market analysis I have heard and he helped staged our house beautifully. I would recommend him to anyone who wants excellent service!
