For Mike Redding, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, trust, and guiding people through some of the most important decisions of their lives.
Mike brings nearly five decades of sales, leadership, and business experience to The Redding Group. After beginning his career with RCA in 1977 and advancing to Regional Sales Manager, he founded Commercial Sales & Service in 1990, building a successful company around a simple philosophy: people do business with people they know, trust, and like.
Today, Mike works alongside his wife, Susan, who has been in real estate since 2005, and their son, Andrew. Mike and Susan bring complementary perspectives to every transaction. Susan combines extensive luxury market knowledge with an eye for design, trends, and market positioning, while Mike brings a strong business background, a focus on the “bones” of a property, and the ability to structure offers and explain the numbers in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
We believe our first responsibility is to be a fiduciary for our clients. The Redding Group provides concierge-level service, treats every client like family, and strives to be a trusted guide from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
Mike and Susan will celebrate 35 years of marriage this December. Their priorities have remained simple: God, family, and business—in that order. They have two children, Andrew and Megan, and three grandchildren, Adam, Emma, and Calvin. Away from real estate, they enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Mike’s approach to business may be summed up best by something he hopes people say about him:
