Michael Resavy

Michael is a real estate professional serving clients in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill NC market. His client’s needs are always at the forefront of all he does. It is his goal to know his clients, understand their needs, and then far exceed all their expectations.

Michael was born and raised in Upstate NY and graduated from Siena College where he majored in Biology and played Division I men’s soccer. He lived in Syracuse NY for 12 years before moving to Raleigh NC in 2007. Before moving over to real estate full time, he had a very successful 24-year career working in pharmaceutical sales and leadership where he learned many valuable business and professional skill sets. Having led sales teams for 13 years, Michael knows how to effectively communicate and positively influence others. He takes pride in paying attention to the details and with providing his clients with a consistent and high level of communication. Michael’s corporate America career provided him with extensive experience in data analytics. He uses these skills to help guide his clients with pricing homes for listings and making offers when buying homes. He holds himself to the highest standards with everything he does. In his first year in real estate, Michael finished as Rookie of The Year for his KW Cary Market Center.

Michael has both a listing agent and buyer’s agent and welcome all types of clients. His experience with first time home buyers, luxury homes, new construction, as well as working with senior clients.
